Teresa M. Patch joined BPC’s team in 1991 and has been influential in the efficiency and smoothness of the everyday operations. Terry has been involved in worksite marketing for more than 30 years. She is involved in all phases of the voluntary benefit enrollments including voluntary benefits administration, customer call center, payroll deduction administration, and policyholder service issues. Terry strives to maintain the performance standards and guarantees of BPC. In addition to being life and health licensed, she currently holds a Property and Casualty broker’ license. Prior to joining BPC, Terry was a case manager for Aetna Life and Casualty Insurance Company.
