Connee A. Dolin joined BPC’s team in 1988 to utilize her extensive background in contributory and non-contributory employee benefits, which encompasses all aspects of the voluntary benefit market. Connee has supervised the Northwell Health System Voluntary benefit program since introducing their first payroll deduction benefit over 35 years ago. She was instrumental in the design and implementation of the NS-LIJ Health System voluntary Long-Term Disability program in 1995. That program continues to provide Voluntary LTD coverage to union employees of Northwell Health today.
Prior to joining BPC, Connee graduated from Syracuse University in 1966. Where she then went on to manage the Sponsored Life Insurance Marketing Department of Aetna Life Insurance and Annuity Company, Inc. (ALIAC) for the New York Metropolitan area. She was involved in the development of Aetna’s National Enroller Network and the prototype for the Aetna Payroll Deduction Automobile and Homeowner Program.
